While my primary ministry focus is as the Lead Pastor of the Cradock Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Virginia, I am available for outside speaking engagements on a limited basis.
Coaching
A wide range of life experiences through the years–on church staffs, working with non-profit ministries, serving in military chaplaincy, and working in secular employment–have provided lots of insights into leadership and organizational life. To use a golfing analogy, I want to use my time on “the back nine” to pass along the lessons I learned (and mistakes I made) on the “front nine” of life.
